Ordering Information: Argy's Collectibles

This website has been designed to make ordering very easy for my customers. You can search for products, you can look at an entire category, like The Guess Who...or you can select a subcategory from the pull-down menu on any page and only see the items that you are interested in.

If you see an item you like, put it in your shopping cart (Almost all prices are in Canadian funds so it is an added bonus for our US customers). You have no obligation to purchase that item, and can delete it from your shopping cart at any time. Plus, this website has a real-time inventory system, so occassionally you will see that an item is "out of stock", which means that you won't be able to add it to your cart at this time. But what you can do is click on the live help graphic, and ask me how soon I think I will get this item back in stock...or put a note in the comments field of your order to tell me that you are interested in a particular out of stock item.

If you have any questions on any of the products, or the ordering process, feel free to click that "live help" graphic, and if I am online and not helping a customer in my store, I will be there to help you immediately. Isn't technology wonderful?

Ordering online from Argy's is secure...and you will be able to verify this when you see the closed locks on your browser windows. All of your ordering information is encrypted before it heads out across the internet, to prevent any problems along the way. I won't spill all of the secrets here, but there are additional security measures in place to ensure that your credit card information is virtually hack-proof. I care about my customers...always have and always will!

Just so you know, I don't charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship. That is so I can make sure you don't pay for something that isn't available at that moment, and also that you don't pay too much for shipping. Speaking of shipping, all of our shipping and handling costs are based on shipping via Canada Post. If you, for some reason, desire expedited shipping, just add a note in the comments field of the order form and I will check prices on the best shipping method for how quickly you want the order in your possession. I will let you know in advance about any additional shipping charges, even to people in Alaska, Hawaii and overseas. (We do get plenty of overseas orders for Guess Who items..as their fan base is worldwide.)
